Nikon has a new super-wide FX-format (full-frame) zoom lens designed with D600 camera owners in mind. The AF-S Nikkor 18-35mm f/3.5-4.5G ED zoom lens is smaller, lighter and more affordable than other comparable wide-angle full-frame Nikkor zooms. It offers pro-quality wide-angle coverage for interiors, group photos and landscape photography at a price point that beginning pros and FX-format enthusiasts on a budget can afford. It’s also a great FX-format wide-angle option for travel and outdoor photographers who need to keep their camera kit small and light.
The AF-S Nikkor 18-35mm f/3.5-4.5G ED zoom lens is scheduled to be available in March of 2013 at a suggested retail price of US $749.95.
