Panasonic Wireless LAN camera

A technology demonstrator on the stand, this camera has WiFi built in and can send your photos direct to your web album.

One thing that is sometimes overlooked with wireless products is how the customer is going to use the product. You need not just a camera, but also wireless access through hot spots to upload the photos.

Panasonic demonstrated this technology (not in its final form) fitted into an existing model, using Picasa Web albums directly accessed from the camera.

In the USA it will also be partnered with T-Mobile for internet access, giving a fully wireless solution for sharing your vacation photos with family and friends.

The demonstration on the stand uses a home wireless network access point and also shows access to the online album using an IP enabled TV and laptop simultaneously.
