Canon PowerShot ELPH 500 HS, ELPH 300 HS and ELPH 100 HS Digital CamerasToday, Canon announced three new ELPH digital cameras, the PowerShot ELPH 500 HS, ELPH 300 HS and ELPH 100 HS. The HS signifies the new rebranding of the ELPH models with the inclusion of Canon’s new HS System which enhances image quality in low-light shooting without a flash. All three PowerShot ELPH digital cameras include 12.1-megapixels, Canon’s DIGIC 4 Image Processor combined with a High-Sensitivity CMOS sensor, 1080p Full HD video capture, Movie Digest Mode, Toy Camera and Monochrome effects, and 32 Smart Auto scene modes including Advanced Subject Detection.

The PowerShot ELPH 500 HS features an ultra-wide angle 24mm equivalent f/2.0 lens with 4.4x Optical Zoom, Optical Image Stabilizer, and a 3.2-inch touch LCD screen. The PowerShot ELPH 500 HS will come in silver, brown and pink colors.

The PowerShot ELPH 300 HS features an ultra-wide angle 24mm equivalent lens with 5x Optical Zoom, and a 2.7-inch LCD screen. The PowerShot ELPH 300 HS will come in red, black and silver colors.

The PowerShot ELPH 100 HS features a wide angle 28mm equivalent lens with 4x Optical Zoom, and a 3.0-inch LCD screen. The PowerShot ELPH 100 HS will come in blue, gray, pink, silver, and orange colors.

The Canon PowerShot ELPH 500 HS, ELPH 300 HS and ELPH 100 HS digital cameras will be available in March for $299.99, $249.99 and $199.99, respectively.
