Today, Pentax announced the smc D FA 645 55mm f/2.8 AL [IF] SDM AW lens, the first model of the smc Pentax-D FA 645 Series for use with medium-format digital SLR cameras.
This new unifocal standard lens is dust-proof and weather-resistant and features a Supersonic Direct-drive Motor autofocus mechanism, Quick-Shift Focus system, a PL filter window, Pentax Special Protect lens coating, and offers a focal length of 43.5mm (in the 35mm format), an angle of view close to that of the human eye.
