Introduction
The last Pentax SLR I touched was the K1000 35mm film camera I had in high school. The K1000 was a well-built, fully manual camera — a great learning tool. Along those same lines, the K200D is a high-quality, entry-level to serious amateur digital SLR. It’s a great crossover camera with both point-and-shoot and professional DSLR features. I brought it along with me on a recent trip to Washington, D.C.
