I shot this video of the Olympus E-620 box opening on February 11th, two weeks before the camera was officially announced. Getting pre-release camera gear is fun! I love opening up a box, not really knowing what’s inside and getting to be one of the first people to see something. And it’s even better when I get to share it with you!

I only had the camera for a few days and wasn’t able to really test it since it didn’t have final firmware. But I did get a good feel for it and what it should be capable of. I’m definitely looking forward to testing the final production version of the camera. I think we should get one just in time for mountain bike season - perfect!
