Corel Painter 11

Corel has just released Corel Painter 11, the latest edition to their leading Painter software. It includes more than 40 new and enhanced features, making it the ultimate art studio.

Developers focused on four key areas for the new Corel Painter 11.

“Enhancing the Creative Process” with its unique toolset of brushes and selection tools.
“Going Beyond the Digital Darkroom” by extending the capabilities of digital photography programs such as Corel Paint Shop Pro Photo and Adobe Photoshop.
“Learning from Unlimited Experimentation” allowing users to experiment with color theory and composition.
“Increasing Performance and Productivity” by creating an environment that is optimized for workflow and performs up to thirty percent faster than previous versions.

Corel Painter 11 will be available tomorrow (February 25, 2009) as an electronic download at www.corel.com for $399. The upgrade will cost $199. Pre-order for the boxed product will be available for $429 for the full version and $229 for the upgrade.
