Said Wesolowski “Novatron compliments our other lighting products and provides us with a strong base”. Novatron products have been proudly manufactured in the USA for over 30 years. I sent a flash power unit to Novatron a few months ago to be repaired. Spent 65$ on S & H, and followed the directions that the Novatron Employee told me. Somewhere in transit, Omega Satter bought Novatron, and fired all the employees. My power unit bounces around UPS for a month and is finally returned to me. I call the Novatron number and get some smart-ass Omega Satter Customer Service Employee that basically tells me its my fault that the package isn’t picked up because I waited three weeks (like I should know they were going to go out of business), and won’t reimburse me for shipping, and won’t repair my unit.

Stand clear…. real real real clear of this company and their products. They don’t stand behind them.
